Easy, cheesy one-dish bake with ravioli, meatballs, and tomatoes for ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, undrained
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar beef gravy
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 oz. frozen small round cheese-filled ravioli (about 22 ravioli)
  • 18 frozen cooked Italian meatballs (about 8 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 12x9-inch sheet of foil by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine tomatoes, gravy, and sugar. Mix in frozen ravioli, frozen meatballs, and mixed vegetables. Transfer the mixture into an ungreased 11x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Cover the dish with foil, ensuring the sprayed side is facing down, then refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 40 minutes.
  • Uncover the baking dish and generously sprinkle cheese all over. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and completely melted.
