Effortlessly comforting meatball and ravioli casserole utilizes basic pantry and freezer staples for a convenient and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (14 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously coat a 9x13-inch casserole dish with olive oil spray.
  • Spread a generous layer of half the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer on top of the sauce, followed by half of the meatballs and a sprinkle of 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer the remaining ravioli, meatballs, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, then cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted, approximately 20 more minutes. Optionally, garnish with more grated Parmesan.
