Delicious pizza with sausage meatballs, peppery rocket, and shaved parmesan.

Ingredients:

150g chevup sausages (skinless sausages)
50g baby rocket leaves
125.00 ml parmesan, shaved
1 Mozzarella pizza (from the frozen section)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 210C (190C fan-forced) and line a pizza tray with non-stick baking paper.
Place the pizza on a tray. Crumble sausages into walnut-sized pieces and shape them into balls. Sprinkle the sausage meatballs over the pizza. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is crispy and the toppings are golden brown.
Sprinkle arugula and shaved Parmesan on top of the pizza prior to serving.
