Delicious Banh Mi sandwich with juicy beef/pork meatballs, special sauce, fresh veggies & herbs for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 560g pkt Classic Beef & Pork Meatballs
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp lemongrass paste
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 6 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
  • 1 carrot, peeled, shredded
  • 2 spring onions, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Place the spring onion in a bowl of ice water and let it sit for 10 minutes to create beautifully curled spring onion. Drain well before using.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook meatballs for 5 mins until browned all over. Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and soy sauce. Stir and cook for 5 mins until meatballs are fully cooked.
  • Split the bread rolls lengthways (leaving them attached). Fill with carrot, meatballs, spring onion, and coriander. Drizzle with pan sauce before serving.
