Savory meatloaf with a tangy twist made with ground round, onions, oats, and a delicious mix of mustard, steak sauce, and tomato soup. Serves 9 generously.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly balanced bake.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, soup, chopped onion, rolled oats, eggs, steak sauce, ketchup, and mustard until fully combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and gently press it into a loaf pan.
  • Roast in the oven until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, approximately 1 hour.
