"Whip up juicy Mediterranean lamb chops in just 20 minutes for a quick and delicious dinner!"
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml Mediterranean-style herb paste
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 12 Lamb Loin Chops
  • 400g Turkish Bread, cut into 3cm slices
  • 2 x 300g Australian Mediterranean Style Salad bowls
  • 80ml balsamic dressing
  • 60g fetta, crumbled
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the flavorful herb paste with the oil in a small bowl. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill plate over medium-high heat. Grill the lamb, basting with the oil mixture, for 3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Place the lamb on a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Grill the bread on the barbecue or chargrill plate, turning occasionally, until beautifully browned all over, about 3 minutes.
  • Mix the salad with balsamic dressing. Plate the salad, lamb, and bread. Top with feta and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
