Elevate grilling with Mediterranean ground turkey burgers seasoned with herbs, topped with olive and feta for a flavorful finish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
  • Combine feta, green and black olives, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper in a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
  • Mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, feta cheese, lemon zest, dill, oregano, minced garlic, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Form the mixture into four 1/4-pound patties.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to a comfortable medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the turkey burgers until fully cooked and juicy, about 7 to 10 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Add a flavorful and tangy olive and feta topping to each burger.
