Quick and easy homemade pizza using store-bought base with fresh toppings. Ready in just 15 minutes for a slice of pizza heaven.
Ingredients:
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) Mutti Tomato Passata
  • 500g pkt pizza bases
  • 120g coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 100g marinated pitted kalamata olives
  • 100g mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 150g pancetta, torn
  • 110g pkt goats cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 250ºC and place the two baking trays inside to heat up. Spread the passata evenly over the pizza bases and layer on the mozzarella, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, pancetta, and goat cheese.
  • Place the pizzas in the preheated trays and bake for 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the mozzarella is gooey. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
