Savory spice blend for lamb, chicken, or beef, ideal for grilling skewers like satay or kabobs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Mix the salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, and pepper in a small bowl to create the spice rub. Keep it in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Rub the meat generously with the spice mix, then chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before grilling or roasting to perfection.
