Whip up homemade dukkah for a versatile exotic flavor boost. Perfect for dipping or sprinkling over dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 49.50 gm (4 tbsp) sesame seeds
  • 40.00 ml poppy seeds
  • 165.00 ml toasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 40g pine nut
  • 7.50 gm ground cinnamon ( or see notes)
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix seeds, almonds, pine nuts, and spices, then spread on a tray. Drizzle with olive oil and toast for 4 minutes. Next, add honey, stir well, and toast for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden. Let it cool, then pulse in a food processor until roughly chopped.
