Energizing tropical smoothie with mango, orange, banana, and cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1 small banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
Instructions:
  • In a blender, add mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil, and vanilla. Blend until silky smooth, about 2 minutes. Serve promptly.
