Deliciously light crepes with versatile fillings like cheese, berries, or zesty lemon. Perfect for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • cooking spray (such as Pam®)
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup of milk, and eggs, stirring until well mixed. Incorporate butter, sugar, and vanilla extract into the mixture until smooth. Gently stir in the remaining 1 cup of milk until just blended.
  • Preheat a cast iron crepe pan over medium heat and lightly coat the surface with cooking spray. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan and cook for 30 to 60 seconds per side. Continue with the rest of the batter, spraying the pan before each new batch.
