Creamy mushroom and Parmesan slow-cooked chicken for a decadent weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 ounces Italian salad dressing
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons malt vinegar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
Instructions:
  • Combine sea salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoning blend and transfer to the slow cooker.
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, Italian dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, and vinegar in a bowl, then generously drizzle over the chicken.
  • Slow cook for 6 hours on low heat.
  • Use 2 forks to tenderly shred the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • 1. Boil a pot of generously salted water until it's dancing. Add angel hair pasta to the pot and stir occasionally for 4 to 5 minutes until al dente. Drain well.
  • Plate the chicken on a bed of delicate angel hair pasta.
