Easy slow cooker meatloaf with a tasty glaze - moist, juicy, and flavorful comfort food.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.66666668653488 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, bread crumbs, eggs, minced onion, salt, and sage in a large bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Combine ground beef and mushrooms, stirring until fully mixed.
  • Form the mixture into a round loaf shape and gently place it in a 5-quart slow cooker.
  • Slowly simmer the dish with the lid on until the meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), for about 5 to 6 hours.
  • Create a flavorful glaze by combining ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and whisking until well mixed.
  • Uncover the slow cooker and generously spoon the glaze over the meatloaf. Cover the cooker and let it simmer on Low until the sauce is warmed through, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Gently transfer the meatloaf to a serving plate using two spatulas. Cover with foil and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
