A crowd-pleasing, melt-in-your-mouth meatloaf with a hint of sweetness, made with pantry staples. Perfect for family gatherings and parties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.66666668653488 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give a gentle greasing to a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine egg, ketchup, barbeque sauce, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion, garlic, seasoned salt, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, and Cheddar cheese. Transfer mixture to loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55 minutes in the preheated oven until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
