Easy snowman cookies made with PEEPS® marshmallow snowmen for a fun twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Egg and butter called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 24 PEEPS® brand marshmallow snowmen
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • White sanding sugar and snowflake sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare cookie dough according to package instructions. Roll dough into 24 (1 1/2-inch) balls with your hands and place them 2 inches apart on 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut the PEEPS® marshmallow snowmen to different heights while keeping their faces intact. Put the frosting into a resealable plastic bag, cut a 1/2 inch off the corner, and pipe frosting onto the cookies. Then, place a snowman on top of each cookie and sprinkle with sanding sugar and snowflake sprinkles.
