Mexican Bean Dip

Spicy, cheesy dip for dunking tortilla chips!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (11.25 ounce) cans chili beef soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the chili beef soup and taco sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
  • Pour the chili beef soup and taco sauce mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with black olives and onion, then add a generous layer of Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
