Cheesy breakfast pizza with layers of eggs, potatoes, and Mexican cheese blend on crispy dough.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) chorizo sausage
  • 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar nacho cheese sauce, or to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the sausage in the skillet until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and discard any excess grease.
  • Evenly spread pizza crust dough onto the baking sheet, generously layer with nacho cheese sauce, top with hash brown potatoes, and sprinkle flavorful chorizo over the potatoes.
  • Whisk eggs, salsa, and taco seasoning together until smooth in a bowl.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, swirl butter until melted. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are fluffy and set, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle the eggs over the chorizo layer and generously top with Mexican cheese blend.
  • Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15 to 20 minutes.
