Indulge in decadent Dulce de Leche pancakes made with chocolate-infused Original Bisquick mix for a deliciously sweet and creamy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk)
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • Sliced fresh strawberries, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all pancake ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring gently until mixed.
  • Prepare the griddle by spraying it with cooking spray and heating it over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges are dry. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until set.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat dulce de leche uncovered on High for 30 seconds. Stir in whipping cream and cover to keep warm.
  • Top fluffy pancakes with a luscious dulce de leche sauce and fresh strawberries before serving.
