Zesty Mexican cream cheese dip with spinach, salsa, seasoning, and Cheddar cheese - ideal for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican-style seasoning blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, mix together salsa, spinach, cream cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, and Mexican seasoning until well combined. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with the remaining Cheddar cheese before baking.
  • Bake in a hot oven until everything is heated through and the cheese is gooey, about 20-25 minutes.
