Mexican Ground Turkey Dip

Irresistible baked turkey dip with salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, onion, and two cheeses - a guaranteed party favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large Spanish onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 pound) package processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a perfect 350°F (175°C).
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the turkey for 5 to 7 minutes. Add red bell peppers, onion, and jalapeno pepper; saute until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine salsa, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a large oven-safe casserole dish. Stir in the turkey mixture and processed cheese until well blended. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake until the top is bubbling, approximately 30 minutes, in the preheated oven.
