Savory layers of ground turkey, refried beans, American cheese, and zesty enchilada sauce, perfect for dipping with crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup spicy salsa
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 0.5 cup enchilada sauce
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced black olives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground turkey in olive oil until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning until well combined.
  • Create delicious layers in a 9x13-inch pan by stacking turkey mixture, refried beans, tortilla chips, enchilada sauce, and American cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of olives on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
