Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 pounds ground turkey breast
  • 0.75 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 0.5 green poblano pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Santa Maria-style)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 2 avocados, mashed
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine ground turkey, shredded cheese, poblano pepper, seasoned salt, and granulated onion in a bowl until well mixed. Shape mixture into 4 burgers.
  • Grill burgers until fully cooked, about 15 minutes, flipping once. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve on buns with mashed avocado.
