Spicy Mexican mocha combines cocoa, chili, cinnamon, and coffee for a delightful hot beverage.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 0.25 cup half-and-half creamer
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a mug, blend together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chili powder.
  • Drizzle hot coffee over and mix until fully dissolved. Add in half-and-half creamer and stir gently.
  • Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste.
