Tender and flavor-packed pork and beef slow-cooked overnight to perfection in a delicious machaca recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds beef rump roast
  • 3 pounds pork loin roast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans green enchilada sauce
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
Instructions:
  • Season the beef roast and pork loin generously with salt and pepper. Transfer the seasoned meat to a slow cooker, cover with the lid, and slow-cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours until tender and flavorful.
  • Shred the meat, then mix in enchilada sauce and green chiles before returning it to the slow cooker. Cook on Low for 4 to 8 hours.
