Try this mouthwatering Mexican taco ring - a delicious combo of seasoned ground beef and cheese wrapped in crescent roll dough for a quick and easy meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir beef and onion until beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Discard grease. Add water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat until water has evaporated, stirring occasionally, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unwrap the crescent roll dough and gently pull apart into separate triangles.
  • Lay out crescent roll triangles in a circular pattern with the tips pointing outwards on a pizza stone or pan. Fill the center of each dough triangle with the ground beef mixture to form a ring. Top the beef with cheese. Gently fold the crescent roll tips towards the center and press together to seal.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the dough turns lightly golden, for about 11 to 13 minutes.
