Whip up a delicious taco ring with crescent dough, seasoned beef, melted Cheddar, and creamy sour cream - perfect for a family feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 ounces sour cream, divided
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the beef for 5 to 7 minutes; discard grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat until the liquid evaporates, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the ground beef, half of the Cheddar cheese, and half of the sour cream in a bowl.
  • Arrange crescent roll dough on a baking stone, fan out the triangles to resemble a sunflower shape. Evenly spread the ground beef mixture in a circle on the dough. Gently roll and seal the pointed ends of the dough around the beef, forming a ring.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven, approximately 25 minutes. Serve with the remaining Cheddar cheese and sour cream on the side.
