Taco Dip with Refried Beans

Irresistible taco dip layered with zesty refried beans, spicy sour cream, fresh salsa, tomatoes, crispy lettuce, briny olives, and gooey shredded cheese - a crowd-pleaser at any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.75 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Evenly smother a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Combine sour cream and taco seasoning until well mixed, then spread over the beans. Layer with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Finish by sprinkling Cheddar cheese on top.
