Michela’s banana & kale (no cook)

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful of fresh kale or frozen kale powder (see below)
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • 100 ml light coconut milk
Instructions:
  • For fresh kale, tear it into a blender, then blend until finely powdered. Add the peeled banana and coconut milk. Adjust consistency by adding water if needed. Serve or freeze extra kale powder for future use.
