Michela’s beetroot, peach & coconut (no cook)

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole ripe peach
  • 1 x vac-packed cooked beetroot (roughly 65g – not the pickled ones)
  • 100 ml coconut milk
Instructions:
  • Peel the peach with care, chop it roughly, and place it in a blender or bowl. Add the halved beetroot. Pour in coconut milk and blend until smooth or adjust the consistency based on your little one's feeding stage. If needed, add water to reach desired thickness before serving.
