Michela’s carrot & ricotta pasta

Ingredients:
  • 120 g pastina (little pasta)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pastina as per packet instructions. Coarsely grate the carrot and add it to the pan a few minutes before the pasta is done. Mix grated Parmesan and ricotta in a bowl. Drain the pasta and carrot, then combine all ingredients in the bowl. Serve as is or puree for younger babies based on their stage of eating.
