Michela’s smashed avocado, basil & chicken (no cook)

Ingredients:
  • ½ a ripe avocado
  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 50 g leftover cooked chicken
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Peel, remove the pit, and coarsely chop the avocado before transferring it to a bowl to mash. Tear in the basil leaves, shred the chicken into small pieces, and combine everything. Add a touch of oil, if desired, for a smoother consistency. Serve to your little one as is. For younger babies, puree or finely chop according to their stage of eating development.
