Microwave fresh sweet corn for quick and easy summer enjoyment.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ear fresh corn
Instructions:
  • Peel off husk and silk from corn cob.
  • Dampen a paper towel, leaving it moist. Wrap the damp towel around the corn on the cob and place it on a microwave-safe plate.
  • Microwave until the kernels are tender yet still crisp when pierced with a knife, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove and discard paper towel before serving.
