Indulgent chocolate and peanut butter microwave pudding ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, or as needed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.75 cups hot water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, white sugar, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth batter forms. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8-inch microwave-safe dish.
  • Combine water, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder in a bowl, stirring until fully dissolved. Pour the mixture over the batter.
  • Microwave the dish at 50% power for 9 minutes. Rotate halfway through and microwave on high until the dish is set, approximately 6 more minutes.
