Create a show-stopping freakshake with oversized milkshake, quick microwave brownies, and indulgent hot fudge topping.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml hot fudge topping
  • 386.25 gm milk
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • 40.00 ml dark chocolate chips
  • 41.60 gm peanut butter chips
  • 4 vanilla marshmallows, roughly chopped
  • 50g butter
  • 75g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 53.75 gm caster sugar
  • 2.20 gm vanilla extract
  • 62.50 ml plain flour
  • 62.50 ml dark chocolate chips
  • 65.00 gm peanut butter chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 6.5cm-deep, 10cm x 21cm silicone loaf pan by greasing it generously. Line the base and sides with baking paper, making sure the paper extends 5cm above the edges on the long sides. Chill two 2-cup-capacity glasses in the freezer.
  • For Microwave Brownie: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring halfway until smooth. Mix in egg, sugar, and vanilla, then whisk in flour. Add 1 tbsp each of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, stir to combine. Pour into pan, top with remaining chips, and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes until firm. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Place the brownie on a cutting board. Slice it into 4 pieces that are 3 cm wide each and set them aside. Then, roughly chop the rest of the brownie.
  • Coat the edges and insides of glasses with 1/4 cup of rich fudge topping, then chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine milk, ice-cream, chopped brownie, and 1/2 cup fudge topping. Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses. Add whipped cream, 2 slices of brownie, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and a marshmallow on top. Use a kitchen blowtorch to lightly brown the marshmallow. Drizzle with the remaining fudge topping. Insert straws and serve.
