Create a heavenly dip with just 4 ingredients and a microwave.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 can (14 to 15 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, cut into small pieces
  • Crackers or cocktail rye bread, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole dish without greasing, excluding the crackers.
  • Cover the dish tightly and microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 4 to 5 minutes, remembering to stir after 2 minutes, until heated through.
  • Enjoy this dish warm alongside some crispy crackers.
