Irresistible hot artichoke dip, perfect for any gathering. Enjoy with crunchy celery, toast, or crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 0.5 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and onion in a medium bowl. Stir until well mixed, then gently fold in artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) until the top is a light golden brown, for about 20 minutes.
