Decadent microwave chocolate dessert topped with a creamy scoop of ice cream for pure indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.33333298563957 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.66666698455811 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Melt margarine and cocoa in a 9x13 inch microwave-safe cake dish. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in sugar, flour, nuts, and vanilla until combined.
  • Microwave on high for 11 minutes, remember to rotate the dish after 5 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top after removing from the microwave.
  • Prepare the frosting by combining confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir well before pouring it over the cake.
