Speedy Italian main dish ready in under 20 minutes, perfect with steamed broccoli and garlic bread for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) beef ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Place the ground beef in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish and crumble it. Add the onion. Loosely cover the dish and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, making sure to stir after 3 minutes, until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease before proceeding.
  • Add the ravioli and cover tightly before microwaving for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir the mixture after 3 minutes, until it's hot. Sprinkle with cheese, cover, and let it sit until the cheese melts.
