Refreshing green tea smoothie with cantaloupe, pineapple, mint, and yogurt for a protein-packed meal replacement.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brewed green tea (such as Gold Peak®), chilled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into chunks
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Place tea, pineapple, cantaloupe, pear, yogurt, and fresh mint leaves in a blender and blend until creamy.
