Tangy vinegar sauce elevates any seafood dish.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 90ml Italian Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 small eschalots, peeled, very finely chopped
  • sea salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together vinegars, pepper, and eschalots. Season with sea salt and allow to sit for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors. Serve with oysters.
