Indulge in decadent Milk Chocolate Fondue with assorted dippers like pound cake, apricots, marshmallows, strawberries, and pineapple. Perfect for parties and gatherings!
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 12 oz milk chocolate or 1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups))
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, kirsch, brandy or half-and-half
  • Dippers (pound cake cubes, strawberries, pineapple chunks, apple slices, marshmallows)
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, gently heat the half-and-half and chocolate together over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is silky smooth. Take off the heat, then mix in the liqueur. Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot or chafing dish.
  • Use fondue forks to spear the dippers and then dip them into the fondue. If the fondue thickens too much, simply stir in a small amount of half-and-half.
