Introducing a fun twist on classic Seven Layer Dip: Mini Seven Layer Dip Cups!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups guacamole
  • 1 1/4 cups thick & chunky salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
Instructions:
  • Combine refried beans and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix in a small bowl. Spread approximately 3 tablespoons of the mixture in the bottom of each of ten 6-ounce custard cups or 9-ounce clear plastic cups.
  • Combine sour cream and green chiles, then distribute evenly among cups with 2 tablespoons in each. Add 2 tablespoons of guacamole and salsa on top, followed by a sprinkle of cheese, lettuce, and a few olive slices.
