Ingredients:
  • 3 chocolate mini rolls, roughly chopped
  • 415g can pitted cherries in syrup
  • 50g butter, chilled, chopped
  • 45.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
  • 62.50 ml plain flour
  • 100.00 gm rolled oats
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Divide the roll pieces among four 1 cup-capacity ovenproof dishes. Drain cherries, saving 1/2 cup syrup. Cut cherries in half and distribute them among the dishes, then drizzle with the reserved syrup.
  • Create a crumble topping: Combine ingredients in a bowl and use your fingertips to rub them together until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  • Sprinkle cherries on top and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve with cream, custard, or ice cream.
