Indulge in fudgy brownie cupcakes transformed into decadent sundaes using Betty Crocker™ mix - a scrumptious and speedy dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • sprinkles and candies, if desired, for topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and generously coat them with cooking spray. Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to prepare the batter, then fill each cup with about 1/4 cup of batter.
  • Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out almost clean. Be careful not to overbake. Press a wooden spoon into the center of each cupcake to create a small bowl shape, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Allow to cool for an additional 25 minutes, then gently remove the paper liner from the cupcake. Fill each cupcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and add sprinkles for extra flair, if you like.
