Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
  • 0.5 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • Combine and sieve together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a separate bowl.
  • Combine milk and egg in a bowl, whisk until fully mixed.
  • Incorporate the melted butter into the flour mixture, then gently combine with the milk mixture until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Gently incorporate the chocolate chips into the mixture.
  • Preheat a small nonstick skillet over low heat. Add 1/3 cup of batter to the skillet, then cover with a lid. Cook until the pancake is golden brown on the bottom, which should take about 3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancake and allow it to cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the pancake to a plate and continue making the rest of the pancakes in the same manner.
