Upgrade sugar cookies with creamy frosting and fresh fruit for a modern twist on fruit pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups small flower-shaped cut assorted fresh fruit
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Use a 3-inch round cutter to cut the dough and place the rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until edges turn a light golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the sheet for 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely for about 10 minutes before serving.
  • Cut the fruit into small flower shapes using small cookie cutters or a paring knife, then set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together whipped cream, cream cheese frosting, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over each cookie pizza. Top with a variety of fruit flowers. Serve right away.
