Mini ham & cheese quiches

Delicious mini quiches perfect for kids.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large slices toast bread, crusts removed
  • Olive oil spray
  • 125ml milk
  • 80g sliced ham, finely chopped
  • 40g cheddar cheese
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped parsley (optional)
  • Tomato & cucumber salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease 6 muffin pans (80ml each). Roll out each slice of bread thinly with a rolling pin.
  • Mist bread slices with oil. Place each in muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 170°C after baking.
  • Combine the eggs and milk by whisking them until smooth. Then, evenly distribute the ham, cheese, and parsley (if desired) among the bread cases.
  • Gently pour the egg mixture into the pan and bake until fully cooked, around 15-20 minutes.
  • Accompany the quiches with a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad.
