Ingredients:
  • 6 large slices toast bread, crusts removed
  • 125ml milk
  • 80g sliced ham, finely chopped
  • 40g cheddar cheese
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped parsley (optional)
  • Tomato & cucumber salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease 6 muffin pans (1/3 cup each). Roll out each slice of bread thinly using a rolling pin.
  • Coat the bread slices evenly with oil. Place a slice of bread in each muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 170°C.
  • Combine the eggs and milk, then evenly distribute the ham, cheese, and parsley (if desired) into the bread cases.
  • Gently add the egg mixture and bake until firm, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Present the quiches alongside a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad.
