Mini Ice Cream Pretzel Sandwiches

Make tiny ice cream sandwiches with various flavors and fruit for a fun and easy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 24 Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
  • 0.5 cup strawberry ice cream, or as needed
  • 12 slices fresh strawberries
  • 12 chocolate candy squares (like Hershey's®)
Instructions:
  • Place 2 teaspoons of ice cream on each of the 12 Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®. Spread it evenly over the pretzel. Place a strawberry slice and a square of chocolate candy bar on top. Add a small dollop of ice cream to secure the sandwich. Finish by adding the remaining Pretzel Crisps® on top.
  • Place the assembled dish on a serving plate and allow it to chill in the freezer for approximately 15 minutes, or until the ice cream has hardened again.
